This coastal footpath takes you from the fishing village of New Quay to the onetime smugglers cove of Cwmtydu. On the way it crosses high cliffs above isolated beaches, enters a wooded valley intersected by two streams, and passes high above Bird's Rock, as the cliff's can be unstable in places care must be taken at all times. Distance of this walk is approx. 4 miles, duration 3hours.
