New Quay a bustling seaside village on beautiful Cardigan Bay in Wales. It boasts good pubs,
restaurants and wonderful unspoiled scenery. It is famous for it's safe blue flag sandy beaches
and it's bottlenose dolphins who live in and play in the bay regularly swimming in the harbour.
Boat trips are available and some specialise in wildlife spotting.

Bosun's Loft:
A stable door leads into the spacious living accommodation. The sitting room has sloped ceilings
with beams, velux window and a dormer with a sea view, solid polished wood flooring, 2 comfy sofas
brass porthole lights, colour tv with freeview, DVD and CD player
The dining area has a solid wooden table, chairs and a ship's locker. The kitchen fitted with a range
of shaker style units incorporating a stainless steel range style cooker with gas hob, 2 electric
ovens and a grill, there is also a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and ceramic sink.
The bathroom has a white suite with a wc, wash basin, roll top bath with overhead deluge shower.
The bedroom has a superb antique king size double brass ships bedstead with a ship's wheel
above and a working porthole besides the main window- both of which have sea views.
The property is situated on a quiet road you can park your car outside to unload.
Parking will either be at the roadside or else in the nearby car park, weekly ticket provided.

Sea Salt:
Sea Salt is a modern first floor self contained studio loft for two.
Full length windows overlook Dolau Beach and the Harbour which are both 50 yards away if you
fancy a paddle.
Newly converted in 2009 in a contemporary style the accommodation comprises open plan lounge
with stunning sea and harbour views two sofas plus tub chairs ,tv with dvd, cd player, kitchen area
with island unit with bar stools, dishwasher, electric cooker, door to utility room with fridge freezer,
washing machine and microwave. Full length folding windows which fully open.
Bedroom with king size double bed with pocket sprung mattress,great sea and beach views,
Bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, walk in shower with deluge head, electric razor point.
Central heating included in the hire fee and a weekly car parking ticket (unreserved) for the
Paragon Car Park, 150 yards.

Captain's Cabin:
The Captain's Cabin is a selfcontained first floor loft conversion in one of the oldest cottages
in Newquay dating back to 1640. It was newly converted in the autumn of 2008.Kitchen with
dual fuel cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic sink plus a full range of crockery
and cutlery from sundae glasses to food blender. In the kitchen area is a dining area for two made
from a ship's grating.
Lounge with digital tv with dvd player, cd player, comfy sofa and armchair, a well stocked cupboard
with traditional games. Sea views and door leading to Balcony with table and chairs and one of the
best sun traps in New Quay.
Bathroom has freestanding bath, deluge shower over, wc and wash hand basin, electric razor point.
All above accommodation is unsuitable for babies, children or pets.
