Llangrannog

The beautiful little cove of Llangrannog, 8 miles along the coast from
New Quay towards Aberporth. It has two lovely sandy beach's,
ideal place for a family day out. Swimming is safe from the main
beach, the other beach which is around the headland can be
reached via a footpath from the road, here you have to be healthy
a steep pathway with a lot steps down the cliff is involved... or
you can just wait for low tide, check locally for tides.

The village, you have two cafes, 2 public houses and gift shops.
The Patio Cafe serves teas, coffee, lunches and has full restaurant
facilities, the beach side cafe also has eat in and take-away facilities.
The two public houses 'The Ship' and the 'Pentre' are both by the sea
front. Car Parking is limited with a small car park on the sea
front(charge) and another on the approach to the village(free) very
limited disability parking. Toilets are also available near the beach.

Directions from New Quay
Leave New Quay on the A486 to Synod Inn, turn right on to the
A487 towards Cardigan After 5 miles at the second sign post for Llangrannog turn right and follow the road for two miles.
This road narrows with sharpe bends on the approach to
Llangrannog so please drive with care.
